A Los Angeles, CA winter salad you MUST try

WILD ARUGULA, MARINATED WINTER VEGETABLES, FETA CHEESE AND WALNUTS

Bliss Sherry Vinaigrette, Mint Chiffonade

Feast your eyes on one of the most delicious winter salads I've ever wrapped my taste buds around. Served up at The Little Door, restaurant and bar in West Hollywood, a vibrant and mouth-watering starter that is as delightful and moody as the ambience.

For $15 you receive a plate of the freshest ingredients, as though they were just picked out of a secret garden.  The peas snapped with a bright crispness, the artichokes were ever so perfectly tender, the arugula - fresh and peppery, and the carrots, thinly sliced with just enough crunch.

The feta cheese and walnuts add a wonderful protein punch and an additional set of suitable textures, which is superbly mixed and dressed with a satisfactory balance of vinaigrette. And if all of that wasn't enough; the mint! This little aromatic herb adds that last pop to put it all over the top leaving your taste buds perfectly satisfied and well balanced.

Bon Apetit!
